In this way, at night in the rain or cold nights or any night really, you can simply and easily wheels in your house, garage or a room closest to the terrace.
There are special television set that you buy, mainly in the bathrooms, that the water and can be used to protect against moisture. It is the only kind of TV, I would say to the outside when the weather is certainly a problem, whatever the feeling that you are protecting your area. Anything else would be an electrical nightmare.
