Pokemon Soulsilver Migrate Work Problem With Pokemon Heartgold/Soulsilver Pal Park?

Problem with Pokemon Heartgold/Soulsilver pal park? - pokemon soulsilver migrate work

Soulsilver'm play and I beat all the gyms, caught most of the legendary, if I could use Pal Park to migrate some of my Pokemon Ruby.

The problem is that there is a button in the main menu that you can move me first.

Someone else has this problem?
